Trap – Neuter – Release Program
Every Beating Heart Matters
A Community Call to Action for Feral & Stray Cats
What is TNR?
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the proven, humane method for reducing feral cat populations. Cats are humanely trapped, spayed or neutered at low-cost clinics, then returned to their territory. It stops the cycle. It saves lives. It’s the right thing to do — and it works.
How You Can Help
Even 30 minutes matters — You don’t have to be an animal person to make a difference. Just be a decent human with a little time, a little gas, or a few dollars.
Early-morning transport (4–6 AM runs) — Drive cats to TCAP or Spay Neuter Network clinics. No experience needed. Just a car and willingness to show up.
Foster recovery space — A quiet room for 24 hours post-surgery. Doesn’t have to be fancy.
